  • No. Functional nutrition is educational and supportive, not diagnostic or medical treatment.

    Nontoxic Babe does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, but works alongside your existing healthcare to help you better understand your body and support it through nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental changes.

  • Yes, but only in Deep Restoration:

    • Core Foundations (3 sessions) → Email support is not included, follow-up sessions are slightly longer to allow for some questions. You will be provided with handouts and email guidance on what steps to take

    • Deep Restoration (6 months) → Includes unlimited email support, with responses within 2 business days, so you can ask questions and get guidance as you go.

  • All packages are non-refundable.

    This policy ensures that your sessions are fully reserved for your care, and that I can dedicate my time and energy to supporting each client without interruption. Each program is designed with personalized planning, preparation, and ongoing guidance, which requires commitment from both sides to be effective.

    By committing to a package, you’re securing dedicated time, resources, and personalized support — which is how meaningful and lasting progress happens. This also helps maintain fairness and availability for all clients.

  • There are a few things required before the first session. This helps us focus on insights, patterns, and practical strategies.

    Before our session, please:

    • Complete the health questionnaire – this gives me a full picture of your current health, history, and goals

    • Log your meals for 3 full days: include everything you eat and drink, timing, and any reactions you notice

    • Track your water intake: note approximately how much you drink each day

    • Submit any recent labs from the past 6 months, so I can incorporate them into your assessment

    • Optional but helpful: Sleep tracking – how many hours you sleep, quality, and any patterns

    Completing these in advance allows us to spend our session digging into your unique needs, identifying what’s driving your symptoms, and creating a practical, tailored plan that actually works for your life.
